AIOBP Mission
The American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of quality Leadership and Communication in business and to improve the overall quality of life in both the work and home environment. The AIOBP is committed to coaching people beyond simply implementing positive thinking by exposing the members to the tools, techniques, and strategic emotional levers that lead to the overall improvement in the quality of life.
It is well documented and clearly evident that many small and large corporations alike often neglect the intrinsic importance of their company culture and how psychology affects the productivity and well being of every member of the organization. Success in business is often measured by how effectively we make things happen. It is by science and understanding that the AIOBP seeks to provide foundations for improvement.
As the workplace becomes more culturally diverse and business becomes more global, individuals will need to deal with a variety of situations and to become even better in communicating at deeper levels, becoming more flexible through insight of their own perceptions and associations.
AIOBP helps both individuals and organizations to cultivate and promote healthy organizational cultures.
